A trained Mixologist will provide a brief overview of the history of drinking/cocktails and what makes a cocktail a cocktail. Participants will then learn some basics about bartending, ordering and drinking etiquette in a bar and what to look for when tasting and ordering new cocktails.

Then the fun part! Participants will come behind the bar and, with step by step instruction, make a classic cocktail with a twist. Cocktails will be distributed into tasting glasses for all to try.
